missingWrote a review on 27 Novspa bathtea selectionmaintenance issues
The spa bath in the living area offers a unique touch. The selection of teas and plunger coffee adds a nice personal touch for a cozy stay.
Rooms can get cold, with hard beds that aren't ideal for relaxation. Maintenance is lacking. The shower head was broken, seals were hanging off, and the kitchen sink tap was loose. Accommodations lack proper parking allocations, leading to frustrating street parking instead. The absence of service during multi-night stays means you'll likely have to bring your own toilet supplies, and cleanliness is not consistently maintained. If you're unlucky, you may end up with a room facing the carpark instead of the ocean.

Incredibly spacious and quiet room, all in all had really great stay.
Everything was good during 2 days, enjoyed its great location next to City centre, shops and restaurants, cafes and pretty much all the shops. The staff was pleasant which made me feel welcome. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was excellent.

Lovely appointed rooms, huge spa bath, all the facilities you need. Loved the black flannel in the bathroom for "makeup" (they had this embroidered on them). It's a small thing but I felt better using a darker flannel to remove makeup than the usual white one that is then left terribly stained!!

The staff were very warm and friendly. We were treated with respect and the staff who cleaned our room each day did a fabulous job. The unit was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved being able to sit out on the balcany and watch the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the shower superb. It would be the first choice of stay in Napier and very happy to recommend the motel to others.
